Job Description

$50,000Responsibilities:

Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected

Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics

Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants

Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality

Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily availableQualifications:

Great at time management and organization

Verbal and written communication skills are a must

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards

Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales About Company
