I’m working with a well-established builder in Winnipeg with a strong pipeline of work and a $25M multi-family project ready to launch. We’re looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead this new build and contribute to a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee full-cycle project delivery for a wood-frame multi-family development

Collaborate with field and office teams (25+ staff in Winnipeg)

Coordinate with internal resources and subcontractors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Flexibility to move team members across projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing successful multi-family construction projects

Strong leadership, scheduling, and budgeting skills

Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams

Open to candidates outside Winnipeg - relocation support available within budget
