What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ranging from $1M to $30M

Managing client relationships, consultants, and subcontractors with professionalism and integrity

Driving project schedules, budgets, and quality standards with precision and accountability

Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation across the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with tenant improvement and new build projects

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow into more senior leadership roles

PMP certification or equivalent is an asset
