Chief Operating Officer
Location: Westchester & Hudson Valley, NY (In-Person)
Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base + bonus + benefits
Reports to: CEO/Owner

With over 25 years in business, they remain one of the most well-respected landscaping companies in the region.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Chief Operating Officer to join our leadership team. The COO will partner closely with the CEO/Owner and CFO to drive profitable revenue and EBITDA growth, shape company culture, and lead operational excellence in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to reach revenue and EBITDA goals
Coach, develop, and manage leadership team members to achieve goals and build a positive work environment
Provide strategic leadership to ensure business operations are lean, efficient, effective, and systematic
Collaborate with the CFO to leverage financials, data, and metrics to drive results
Oversee marketing strategy and vendors to support revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of strategic leadership experience, including managing other leaders
5+ years of experience in landscaping, construction, or other service-based industry
Experience developing and executing a strategic plan for a $10MM+ organization
Strong understanding of financial statements and EBITDA growth strategies
Proven ability to build a positive team environment and culture
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
