Key Responsibilities:

Oversee monthly management accounts, variance analysis, Exco/Board pack preparation, general ledger reconciliations, and statutory financial statements in full compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.

Ensure procurement policies align with B-BBEE compliance requirements, manage supplier due diligence, and coordinate B-BBEE audits to support strategic transformation and sustainable procurement practices.

Drive the annual budgeting process, monthly and quarterly forecasts, cash flow reporting, and profitability analysis.

Manage VAT, income tax returns, and ensure full compliance with legal, audit, and financial governance requirements.Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified CA (SA) non-negotiable

Minimum of 2 years post-articles experience in management or supervisory capacity
