Job Summary Continuous Improvement Intern Duration: May 25, 2026 - November 13, 2026 (Full-time until August 14, then part-time max.

25 hours/week) The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities.

You will experience real situations in the corporate world and develop on a personal and professional level.

Upon joining our team, you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.

In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.

This position is based in Sikeston, MO.

Salary Range: $22-$25 / hour Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas, relocation, or housing for these positions.

What you will do As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will: * Learn and apply continuous improvement in our packaging material converting facility.

* Support teams to drive improvements.

* Collaborate with the development of utilization of visual management.

* Support employee involvement and training in World Class Manufacturing (TPM methodology). * Collaborate, motivate and empower people through positive attitude * Stimulate change utilizing change management techniques.

We believe you have * Current enrollment in college, ideally in your last two (2) years of College, and you are interested in taking your career to the next level.

* Suggested majors: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management.

* Interest in continuous improvement methodologies and project management.

* Manufacturing experience is desirable.

* Sustainability knowledge a plus.

* Availability to work full time during summer and transition to part time during fall semester in an in-person internship.
