Shifts: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm / 3:30 pm – 12:00 am (rotational)
Days off: 2 rotational days

Role Overview:
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will handle customer support via live chat and email, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to customers
Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies
Identify and escalate potential risks such as fraud or policy violations
Document interactions and resolutions accurately
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer support processes
Requirements:
Native or C2 level in German, with excellent grammar
Minimum B2 level in English
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in hybrid shifts, including evenings and weekends
Additional Notes:
Candidate must provide either a criminal record clearance or two references from previous employers upon arrival in Malta. Without this, the hiring process will be put on hold or ended.
