The Job
Job Summary:
The Field Risk Officer plays a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to Billease field operations. This position involves close collaboration with sales teams, operations, and compliance to ensure risk control, fraud prevention, and adherence to company policies while supporting business growth.
Field work Metro Manila and Rizal
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field audits and inspections to monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Identify potential risks related to credit, fraud, and operational inefficiencies in field activities
Investigate and report incidents of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance in the field
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Risk teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
Support the onboarding and training of field staff on risk awareness and control procedures
Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, incidents, and recommended actions
Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and internal controls
Monitor and analyze field data to identify trends and potential risk exposures
Assist in improving policies, processes, and controls to minimize risk while enabling business objectives
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
2+ years experience in risk management, audit, or compliance, preferably in fintech or financial services
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team, often in field environments
Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software
