Product Specialist
The Product Specialist reports directly to the Senior Product Manager. This role would be responsible for assisting product owners in day-to-day SDLC operations for E-commerce digital solution(s).
Responsibilities
• Support product manager and product owner for several digital initiatives within a product portfolio
• Heavy involvement with documenting notes and recaps from Standup/Core hour calls and Working sessions
• Help product owners with UAT. Heavy involvement with bug triaging and task tracking in JIRA
• Prepares tasks for Designers, Copy team, and Business analysts (BA) in JIRA on aligned decisions made from team meetings
• Help review BA UI and Functional stories prior to Entry Amigo
• Assists with Discovery work for Epic requirement creation
• Work cross functionally with the internal business units, vendors, and IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans
• Plan and prioritize product backlog based on business value and/or ROI
• Partner with UX designers and researchers to help define future product strategy in collaboration with product team
• Be the advocate for the customer while balancing the business needs
Qualifications
2+ years' experience in digital field
A positive attitude and excited to learn
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to details to capture all notes and decisions made during team calls
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker
Product owner experience a plus
Knowledge of Agile process and principles a plus
Jira experience a plus
