POSITION SUMMARY
This position is designed for a consultative Sales Account Executive with background in IT Managed Technical Services. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within mid-sized enterprise accounts. Our portfolio includes network management, cybersecurity, cloud migration, (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and 24/7 IT Maintenance). The individual will collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy and customer satisfaction, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and target new logo accounts within the mid-market enterprise segment (200-2,000 employees
Sell a broad range of managed services including:
IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, endpoints)
Cybersecurity services
Public cloud migration and optimization (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
24/7 remote monitoring, help desk, and break/fix support
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement teams
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, solution scoping, proposal development, pricing, and closing
Collaborate with internal pre-sales engineers and service delivery teams to develop and present solutions
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT Managed Services or within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Proven track record of selling to mid-sized enterprise clients
Knowledge of managed cybersecurity solutions and remote monitoring tools
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to align solutions with client pain points
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and team-focused
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to travel significantly
