**The Opportunity - Sr Medical Representative**

This position works out of our Kuwait office in the Established Pharmaceutical division.

Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines covers multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

**What You'll Do**

+ Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals to educate them on the value that our products bring to the patients/customers in Kuwait.

+ Effectively use tools and resources (SFA/SFE), to ensure achieving the planned coverage, frequency and call rate for the assigned customers’ list.

+ Understand customers’ needs and requirements and effectively communicate product benefits and address customer concerns.

+ Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.

+ Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business.

+ Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all accounts in the assigned territory.

+ Provide reports to supervisor regarding territory status, to include forecasts, proposals and business reviews.

+ Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

+ Ensure mastery ofProduct knowledgerelated to the company’s products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market.

+ Carry out effective sales calls, targeting high sales hospitals for maximum efficiency. Maintain a daily track record of the sales calls.

+ Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.

+ Ensure compliance with all the company’s policies and codes.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 2 years of pharma experience

+ Multinational experience is preferred.

+ Pharmacy / health care background

+ Demonstrated leadership and commitment

+ Kuwait experience mandatory
