CSD & Logistic Export Leader ID

Responsibilities

Accountable to OTC process within scope of responsibility with focus to customer satisfaction and maintaining e-OTIF performance. Ensure cost and process optimization in line with business unit expectation. Accountable for comply to Indonesia export regulation.

Leads the local Supply Chain Execution (Export) Team

Defines objectives and monitors performance of the local team

Provides support, direction and development program

Owns the OTC (Export) process

As Coordinator export process (3rd party customer & affiliate)

Accountable for right and correct document for customer and ID customs

As SPOC with ODS for general terms

Cimapag site scheduler

Manage all incoming orders (export and domestic) for Cimapag, review and feedback RETA to ODS

Organize production sequence to consider RETA and site capability for optimum output

Execution logistic & warehouse process

Optimize freight cost based on tender rate

Coordinate with site and external warehouse for product movement, allocation and prioritization

Monitor shipment position and progress

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service Desk and/or Logistic

Preferable experience in SAP usage, SD, and MM modules

Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel function logic and macros will be advantage
