People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our well-established client based in Severn Beach, Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity, offering great rates of a pay.

Shifts:

4 nights on 4 nights off: 7pm - 7am

Pay rates:

Basic: £17.83 an hour

Day-to-day duties:

As a Transport Administrator, your duties will include (but not be limited to):

Manage, coordinate and monitor daily transport schedules, deliveries and collections to meet contractual service levels

Liaising with multiple people such as warehouse operations and stores

Handle driver briefings, debriefings and day to day queries from drivers, customers and other departments

Maintaining accurate records and updating databases - especially drivers working hours and driver cards/licences

Essential skills:

To be successful as a Transport Administrator, you will need:

An understanding of Tachograph compliance and WTD

Confident communication with multiple people, whether it be in person, email or telephone

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

Good Microsoft Office knowledge

Desirable skills:

Previous administration experience or experience in a related field

Training:

Full training will be provided, with additional support throughout
