Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in/check-out, answering inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. $13.75 hourlyResponsibilities:

Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive first impression.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure exceptional service.

Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately to maintain smooth operations.

Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions to enhance their stay experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to uphold the hotel's standards of presentation.Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or hospitality industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work nights and weekends.

Flexibility in schedule.
