Location: Ohio (Cleveland, Youngstown & surrounding markets)

Compensation: $20–$34/hour, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

This organization delivers a full suite of EMS services ranging from Basic Life Support to Specialty Care Transport—and plays a major role in event standby coverage for professional sports, entertainment venues, and public gatherings.

As an EMT, you’ll be the first point of care for patients in both emergency and non-emergency settings. You'll collaborate closely with dispatch, hospital partners, and advanced care teams to provide safe, timely, and compassionate transport services.

What You'll Do

Respond to emergency, urgent, and scheduled transport requests.

Assess patient conditions and deliver appropriate pre-hospital care.

Safely transport patients between facilities and/or scenes of incidents.

Document all patient interactions through accurate and timely ePCR entries.

Maintain vehicle inventory and cleanliness, ensuring all supplies and equipment are in working order.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, paramedics, and healthcare providers.

What You Bring

Active EMT certification in the State of Ohio.

Valid driver's license (with fewer than 4 points to drive a company vehicle).

Current BLS CPR certification (AHA BLS Provider preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or GED required.

Professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Bonus Points If You Have

Prior experience in high-volume 911 systems or interfacility transport.

Exposure to Advanced Life Support (ALS), Critical Care Transport (CCT), or event standby coverage.

Desire to progress within a high-performance EMS system that values internal advancement.
