The Opportunity

Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice Sales and Service Assistant to join their team in London.

The Level 3-4 Sales Apprentice apprenticeship programme that we are offering, will allow you to kick-start your career in an industry that is constantly evolving, dynamic and transformational.

The Position

Level 4 Sales Executive

Apprenticeship Duration:

Level 3 - 13 months + EPA

Level 4 – 18 months + EPA

Location:

London

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

Salary:

£15,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

Job Description

The primary role of the Sales and Service assistant:

To provide support and service as detailed below. The applicant must have a strong attention to detail and be thorough in following through with all processes, getting confirmation that the internal team and customers are satisfied, and all their expectations have been met.

The Sales and Service assistant’s role will include the following duties:

· Keeping customer records up to date and organized on the CRM.

· Preparing customer-facing documents such as proposals, marketing material, and contracts.

· Keeping in touch with the sales team and updating them when clients are due to have a meeting or renewal.

· Troubleshooting and reaching out to network teams for additional support when required.

· Supporting the service team with any Ad-Hoc tasks when required.

· Client visits, if required, to help with any tech issues they may need support with.

Profile

This is a very demanding role, please do not apply if you don’t have the relevant experience.

· GCSE’s (English and Math’s – decent grade).

· Experience in sales/marketing and customer service.

· Experience with a CRM (desired but not essential).

· Exceptional telephone manner.

· Strong computer literacy (Microsoft office).

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Organized with great attention to detail.

· Excellent written and spoken grammar.
