Live-In Support & Daily Routine Management:

o Provide full-time supervision and guidance in a structured, nurturing environment.

o Organize the children’s daily schedules, including school drop-offs/pick-ups, extracurricular activities, playdates, and downtime.

o Assist with meal planning and ensuring a healthy, balanced diet for the children.

Education & School Coordination:

o Assist with homework, reading, and structured learning activities tailored to each child’s level.

o Liaise with teachers, track academic progress, and ensure continuity of education, providing prompt feedback.

o Support language development in English and Russian through structured conversation, reading, and interactive learning.

Support the children's tutors or step in on occasion if necessary

Travel Adaptability & Logistics:

o Accompany the family on international trips.

o Ensure the children’s routines, education, and well-being are maintained up to standard in every circumstance

o Prepare learning materials, books, and engaging activities suited to different locations. o Assist in coordinating travel logistics, including packing and organizing school-related items and family luggage according to instructions and family preferences.

Social & Behavioral Guidance:

o Encourage good manners, independence, and emotional intelligence in various settings. o Instill routines that foster responsibility and self-confidence.

Problem-Solving & Flexibility:

o Adapt quickly to last-minute schedule changes, unexpected situations, and different time zones.

o Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to managing challenges.

Discretion & Confidentiality:

Ensure absolute professionalism and discretion in all aspects of the role, both at home and when traveling, in social context, or public events.

Salary depends on your skills, qualifications and experience. Approx €5,000 net p/m which equates to approx €8,000 gross per month. Family pays for flights, insurance, country club membership, Bonus.

Requirements

Fluent Russia and English speaking nanny-educator

Experience with children aged 3 to 9 yrs

Previous experience working for VIP family

Had experience in sole charge of 2 young children and also with shared care.

Proxy parenting experience very useful.

Confident about travelling, enjoy flying and packing / unpacking.

Enjoys working overseas

Organised, PA skills

Up to date criminal background check

Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate

Valid passport for international travel

Good references for recent and relevant nanny / governess work and jobs that have each lasted a good length of time.
