Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 300 apartment units over 2 properties within the Waterbury area. This is a hands on position, not a desk job!
Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor staff of 4 techs.
2 properties/300 units
Schedule tasks, repairs and improvements
Work in a professional manner to handle tenant maintenance requests.
Work with contractors
Reports to regional supervisor
Rotating on-call
Hours 8am-430pm, M-F
