Role
We are looking for a Student Worker with an interest in corporate communications and digital channels to support the Communications & Corporate Affairs (C&CA) team at Genmab.
This role is based out of our Copenhagen office, reports to the Senior Director, Communications, based in Princeton, NJ, and will work closely with another Student Worker based in Copenhagen. This role will require strong collaboration with members of the global C&CA team as well as the local management team in Copenhagen, and the ability to work independently while thriving in an international team setting.
This position is intended for Bachelor's students currently enrolled in academic programs and is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility around studies. The key objective of this role is to support the planning and execution of editorial content, ensuring consistent and engaging communication across multiple digital platforms, as well as onsite activities such as events and office communications in Copenhagen.
Responsibilities
Support execution of global internal communications strategy to help drive employee engagement, contributing to the development of an inspirational narrative to keep our employees informed and engaged via different platforms.
Manage digital signage process – respond to requests for content shown on screens in offices, review/edit drafts, ensure adherence to template guidelines, plan and post content to screens.
Partner with Corporate Branding team to ensure digital content in reception areas are updated quarterly
Collaborate across functions to draft compelling people-centric stories that showcase Genmab’s extra[not]ordinary® culture
Contribute to innovative ideas around Genmab’s content and delivery
Support digital communication initiatives by collecting data, analyzing metrics, and preparing reports
Support special projects, as appropriate.
Requirements
University student pursuing a degree in Communications or a related field, with an interest in digital communication.
Keen interest in the pharma/biotech industry and the unique role that Corporate Communications plays across various internal and external audiences
Relationship management skills, project and time management skills, and strong eye for detail
Team player with ability to work productively both on-site and virtually; strong sense of prioritization; curious learner
Strong digital skills, including experience with websites, social media, and analytics, and an interest in emerging AI tools is a plus.
