What you’ll be doing:
Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate data in our CRM and procurement systems
Develop customer pricing proposals in collaboration with our advisory team
Prepare insightful, visually compelling presentations and reports that communicate our value and results
Track renewals, pricing updates, and key milestones to keep accounts running smoothly
Coordinate with suppliers, utilities, and internal experts to ensure timely execution
Be a responsive, proactive point of contact for clients — ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued
Research target companies and decision-makers, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry data, and market intelligence
Execute thoughtful outreach campaigns: cold emailing, calling, and LinkedIn engagement to 300 target clients
Qualify prospects against target profile and book high-quality meetings for senior sales leaders.
Handle objections with credibility and professionalism
Keep CRM records accurate, tracking activity and results with discipline
Who we’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in account coordination, sales operations, or inside sales (B2B preferred)
Strong communicator — confident on the phone, articulate in writing, and persuasive in presentations
Comfortable with cold outreach and skilled at building rapport quickly
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the dynamics of the energy market
Experience in energy, sustainability, or consulting is a plus but not required
