Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in restaurant leadership
Excellent integrity and character
Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
Servant and hands-on leadership style
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
Some experience with cost control with product and labor
Some experience with training and mentoring
