Managing your own client portfolio that contributes to growth opportunities and operational efficiency within DSV: you’re on it.

How you do this? As a contract manager, you are responsible for managing our strategic clients, with the main goal of maintaining and increasing revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. You work closely with various internal stakeholders and ensure that customer agreements are adhered to while also identifying and anticipating potential growth opportunities.

Additionally, you stay updated on process changes and methodologies within the DSV organization to pursue the maximum outcome for both the customer and DSV. You proactively manage all agreements and expectations related to your clients, both internally and externally, and implement new clients and/or services within our operation. You achieve this by:

maintaining contact and collaborating with the customer, as well as your internal stakeholders;

compiling and presenting price proposals to the customer;

participating in MBRs and QBRs;

monitoring KPIs, reporting results and customer trends, aiming to create innovative insights;

analyzing, identifying, and resolving risks and incidents.

Your team stands out within DSV by its international character. You'll be working for a global department within DSV, meaning your colleagues regularly work around the world. You'll build a network, both locally and internationally, providing your colleagues with the right support.

You bring

experience within the Transport and Logistics sector, preferably in a similar role;

experience in a commercial or operational function and a willingness to focus entirely on contract management;

proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. If you also master other foreign languages, that's certainly a plus!
