All about the role:

Join the most exposed team within R&D organization.

Be the local point of contact for all the functions within the factory and beyond. Drive product care projects across EU and Globally. Constantly improve our products for the better consumer satisfaction and manufacturing excellence.

We are looking for a strong team player who will ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of existing products in terms of cost reduction, quality improvement and technical support to the factory on short-term product-related challenges.

What you'll do:

Electronic Engineering.

Develop electronic projects to strengthen the quality of the manufacture products based on Consumer Driven direction.

Bring manufacture products into the best in class cost competitiveness towards material development optimization on electronics.

Provide electronic technical support to the factory on short term product related problems, to assist in the reduction of not right first time, quality defects, improve productivity and to process design changes.

Coordinate the prototypes build, performance and Lab verifications, tooling and parts quotations, approval of components and finished assemblies.

Secure production continuity with relevant risk assessments, decisions and provide technical support for delivery according to Customers’ demand.

Coordinate with development resources to provide detailed functional specifications and field mapping documents for custom development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree of Technical University in Electronic Engineering systems or equivalent technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).

Min 3-5 years of professional experience in electronic technical department.

Proven Project management experience leading projects and teams across different locations.

Continuous improvement and open minded. You appreciate the privilege of working in an international environment and are respectful of different cultural and people backgrounds.

Proactive and self-motivated, eager to learn and constantly improve.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to push for task completion and hold teams accountable.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and quality.

Experience providing training, coaching, and mentorship to business users and local teams.

Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while working effectively in a team environment.

Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken.
