What You’ll Do:

Welcome clients and serve as their trusted BMW product expert

Provide engaging product demonstrations and walkarounds on BMW models

Educate clients on the latest in-vehicle technology, features, and benefits

Support sales consultants by answering technical questions and assisting with vehicle presentations

Conduct vehicle deliveries, ensuring clients feel confident with their new BMW

Stay up to date with BMW training, product launches, and technology updates

Provide follow-up support after purchase to maximize customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for automobiles, especially BMW

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and features

Detail-oriented and customer-focused personality

Prior automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
