Role Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you play a critical part in the daily operations of the restaurant.

Your role encompasses several key responsibilities: * Lead the Experience: Manage and oversee crew schedules to ensure smooth operations.

* Inspiration and Empower: Provide positive leadership to both crew and managers, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experience.

* Teamwork Matters: Supervise and uphold food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards.
