Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to:
Chief Operations Officer
Responsibilities:
Implement and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance
Oversee and manage QC, QA and ensure H&S compliance
Devise and review specifications for products and processes
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and inspection
Compile management reports
Monthly data analysis to measure performance
Continues improvement
Timeously address and close our Non-Conformances with corrective actions

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Degree/Diploma in Quality and Health and Safety
Strong experience in manufacturing environment
5+ years experience in a SHEQ Manager role
Soft skills: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor and Core Tools
Fully computer literate
