Financial Manager

Company and Job Description:

As the new Financial Manager, youll report directly to senior leadership, overseeing the full financial function and ensuring the organisations financial engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and in strict compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Ensure compliance with IFRS, technical accounting standards, and internal policies

Prepare and review technical financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering growth and accountability

Work closely with international counterparts, especially in Australia, to align reporting and operational goals

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified CA (SA) non-negotiable

Minimum 2 years post-articles experience in management or supervisory capacity

Deep technical expertise in IFRS, technical reporting, and the full financial function

Experience in or exposure to the Australian market is a strong advantage
