SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Specialist role is primarily execution-focused and drives digital marketing initiatives to promote CollisionRight’s brands and support business growth. This role focuses on digital execution, vendor coordination, social media and leads online reputation project management support to ensure consistent branding and effective engagement. Working closely with marketing leadership, vendors, and shops, the Specialist manages paid and organic campaigns, develops content, and provides digital support. The role emphasizes digital execution and project management, with growth potential into digital marketing leadership over time.

Location: Onsite in Dublin, OH

Pay: $55-70k

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Monitor and optimize online presence through local listings (Yext), sentient tracking, and review responses.

Manage organic social media for all brands and the support center, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.

Train and support local content champions (training/support only, no dotted-line reporting).

Manage paid social, including creative development, promotional implementation, and reporting results to the Marketing team.

Utilize content management systems (CMS) to support basic website updates and development needs as assigned.

Develop and maintain the content calendar for Workvivo and create internal communication materials.

Create digital marketing materials and collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and compelling content.

Assist with the execution of referral programs, acquisition integration, and other marketing projects as assigned.

Monitor and report on digital campaign performance.

Manage assigned project budgets (e.g., Paid Social), ensuring execution stays within budget guidelines provided.

Works with web vendor to create new sites for acquisitions but also to continuously improve our web properties with SEO and CRO support.

Support new digital capabilities as needed including email.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.

2+ years of experience in marketing communications or digital marketing.

Google Digital Marketing Certification preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CMS, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience managing social media campaigns.

Familiarity with graphic design and/or video editing tools (e.g., Canva and Adobe).

Prior experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and organizational needs.

Skills: Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Email marketing.
