Today, the chefs of Upper Crust Food Service prepare tens of thousands of meals weekly for students across the country.

We are seeking a positive, dedicated, driven housekeeper to join our growing company providing housekeeping services to group living environments. You will perform a variety of housekeeping duties including vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and other general residential cleaning duties. Attention to detail and experience with customer service is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products in excellent condition; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products

Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors as needed

Dispose of trash and recyclables from bins and containers

Dust, polish and vacuum furniture as needed

Scrub sinks, basins, showers, and toilets in bathrooms

Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed

Keep all public spaces neat and tidy

Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

Place orders, receive deliveries and process paperwork for supplies

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education

Physically able to push vacuum cleaner and or mop for extended periods of time

Ability to lift and carry 25 to 30 pounds

Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time

Previous experience of cleaning preferred;

Pay attention to detail when cleaning

Organized and able to follow a schedule

Ability to follow verbal directions

Working knowledge of email, Microsoft Office or Google Suite
