Conference and Event Sous chef

We are working closely with award winning hotels and wedding venuesin need of additional support on the run up to the festive season. For dedicated chefs there are ongoing hours available.

If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in high end conference and banqueting, catering for very large numbers, then this could be the role for you.

To be considered for this role you must have:

Professional chef experience

Minimum food safety level 2
