Role Profile
Reporting to the Senior Manager Reporting & Analytics, this role will own and deliver insightful BI reporting solutions within the Reporting and Analytics CoE. The role will be responsible for driving the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This hands-on role will combine technical expertise with stakeholder management skills to shape how data is used at scale.
Responsibilities
Assist in develop and implementing the reporting and analytics strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives
Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security across all reporting and analytics processes
Lead the design, development, delivery and maintenance of comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance
Utilise analytical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights, supporting business decision-making
Collaborate with categories and functions across the organisation to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
Work closely with IT to evaluate and implement data analytics tools and platforms to enhance reporting capabilities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise data processes and reporting methodologies
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and internal policies
Provide training and support to users on data reporting and analytics tools and best practices
Keep abreast of emerging industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics
Requirements
Qualified Accountant or third level degree in a relevant finance or business related discipline
3-5 years’ experience in designing powerful BI dashboards and statistical analysis that tell a story and enable better business decisions
Ability to manage multiple reporting streams and prioritise based on impact
Proven track record of developing and implementing data strategies that drive business performance
Manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects—from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery and impact measurement
Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, translating business goals into analytical frameworks and dashboards
Experience with data warehousing, data architecture, and data governance
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
