Missions:

Support Europe E-commerce operations, incl.:

Follow-up on order placement & processing, returns & exchanges

PLV/gift stock management

Model stock analysis and replenishment, in collaboration with supply chain

Data-analysis on e-commerce operation performance

Support Europe Client Relation Center, incl:

Day-to-day support of CRC ambassadors with product inquery, escalation, aftersales...

Training / facilitating tools development

Implementation of outbound campaign and monitor result

Support on product launch and ad-hoc projects

How Will You Experience Success With Us

You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Master’s degree).

You are interested in the luxury industry and wish to strengthen your knowledge.

International exposure and a first experience in e-commerce or in a customer services is a plus.

You are fluent in English including excellent writing skills, knowledge of French is a plus.

You are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint and you are comfortable with figures.

You can easily multi-task, consolidate and summarize information from varied sources.

You are highly detail-oriented, efficient, pro-active and autonomous.
