Counselor III (LSW, LPC, LCDC II or III, CDCA) Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment.

Will take valid State of Ohio CDCA.

Valid State of Ohio LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC II/III preferred.

Hourly rate for CDCA = $20.20/hour

Hourly range for LSW/LPC/LCDC II or III = $25/hour - $27/hour

Hourly range for LISW/LPCC/LICDC = $30/hour - $34/hour
