Position: Fleet & Operations Head

Location: Bulacan (On-site)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

The Fleet and Operations Head will be responsible for leading the nationwide management of approximately 800900 trucks and vehicles across multiple locations. The role is critical in ensuring seamless logistics operations, fleet efficiency, regulatory compliance, and overall cost effectiveness. The company is looking for a strong leader with operational expertise and strategic vision to optimize large-scale fleet and logistics operations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee vehicle acquisition, deployment, maintenance, fuel efficiency, insurance, and licensing.

Lead driver workforce management, dispatch, scheduling, and nationwide logistics operations.

Develop and manage annual budgets, drive cost optimization, and negotiate with vendors.

Implement route planning and optimization, enforce safety standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fuel consumption, downtime, maintenance costs, and incident rates.

Generate data-driven operational and financial reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

At least 810 years of experience in fleet and logistics operations, with proven leadership experience managing large-scale fleets (800+ vehicles).

Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, driver management, safety compliance, and logistics operations.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and negotiate with vendors.

Proficiency in fleet management systems and logistics software is an advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
