BWC's core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments.

Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC's seven offices across the state.

BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am.

Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.

What You'll Be Doing: Receiving direction of the Rates & Payments Manager, in order to design & perform system analysis, recommending application solutions &/or testing & correcting programs as it relates to testing & implementation & assisting with documentation.

* Performing systems analysis, recommends application solutions &/or tests & corrects programs as it relates to testing & implementation & assists with documentation.

* Contributing to the analysis, design, development, integration, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of BWC Rates & Payments (R&P) applications (i.e.

IBM payment systems, R&P ID text document design) & related systems and interfaces.

* Developing and maintains program specifications, flowcharts, and documentation to support system functionality and business requirements.

* Assisting in designing, coding, debugging & supporting documentation.

* Documenting, relates & support customer requirements, performs process management, provides assistance in project, testing, & third-party support). * Participating in impact analyses for proposed changes, collaborating with senior developers to assess technical implications and dependencies (e.g.

policy & financial processing within R&P as well as internal & external partners). * Assisting with design reviews.

To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate: Required Experience and/or Education * 48 mos.

combined work experience in any combination of the following: designing and performing systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications recommending application solutions and/or testing and correcting programs as it relates to testing and implementation and assisting with documentation including 12 mos.

work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.

* Or completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems AND 30 mos.

combined work experience in any combination of the following: designing and performing systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications recommending application solutions and/or testing and correcting programs as it relates to testing and implementation and assisting with documentation including 12 mos.

work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.

* Or completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems AND 24 mos.

combined work experience in any combination of the following: designing and performing systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications recommending application solutions and/or testing and correcting programs as it relates to testing and implementation and assisting with documentation including 12 mos.

work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
