As a Loan Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will manage an assigned portfolio of loans, ensuring the smooth operation of the loan lifecycle by interpreting loan documents, interacting with stakeholders, and overseeing deadlines. You will apply your knowledge of loan servicing to make informed decisions, guided by established practices and procedures. Your ability to manage conflicts, think critically, and build trusting relationships will be key in this role, along with demonstrating resilience in challenging situations and managing your time effectively. Job Responsibilities
Interpret and analyze loan and lease documents, ensuring accurate application of terms and conditions when processing contract maintenance
Manage assigned loan portfolio requests, monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of servicing tasks
Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing conflicts and queries
Apply critical thinking to identify and resolve issues in loan servicing processes
Contribute to team projects and implement strategies to improve servicing efficiency
Serve as primary point of contact for Equipment Finance customers
Research and resolve complex payment, sales tax, and property tax inquiries
Perform money movement activities, including cash application and funds management
Maintain records management and retention according to policy
Conduct quality control and system of record maintenance for various loan/lease structures
Provide clear written and verbal communications regarding complex inquiries
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or minimum three years’ experience in operations or accounting (equipment finance or banking)
Baseline knowledge of loan servicing operations and document interpretation
Demonstrated conflict management and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone and email etiquette
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
Customer-focused mindset and high level of professionalism
