Parts Clerk

We are looking for someone to help us sell new and used agricultural machinery parts. The job involves answering the phone, searching for parts for customers and our mechanics with our various suppliers, invoicing and collecting payment from customers, shipping packages through our various carriers, etc. The person must be resourceful, must learn quickly and must have a good sense of adaptation. A basic background in mechanics would be an asset but not necessary if the person wants to learn. Knowledge of the English language would also be an asset as many of our suppliers are in other Canadian provinces. We are a family business established for several years (1993). We are located 10 minutes from Sherbrooke, Brompton.

Know how to use a computer, have ease in talking to people, be polite and courteous, be organized and resourceful, be versatile.
