In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and assist with scheduling, information requests, and issue resolution — all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound follow-up calls when needed (no cold calling)
Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems
Assist with appointment scheduling, account updates, or general information
Follow company procedures, call scripts, and service protocols
Collaborate with team leads to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service
Requirements:
Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable working with CRM or call center software (training provided)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
U.S.-based candidates only (Iselin, NJ preferred but not required)
Must be available to work scheduled shifts consistently
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Located near Iselin, NJ (preferred for time zone and team syncs)
