The Role: Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Person to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for members and staff.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is proactive in identifying cleaning needs, and supports the studio in delivering a high-quality fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities: * Clean and sanitize all areas of the studio, including: * Workout areas and fitness equipment * Locker rooms, showers, and restrooms * Lobby, offices, and break areas * Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, disinfectant wipes) * Ensure trash is removed and bins are sanitized daily * Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming * Disinfect high-touch surfaces frequently throughout shifts * Monitor cleaning inventory and inform the manager when supplies need to be reordered * Follow all health and safety guidelines and cleaning protocols (especially CDC guidelines for fitness centers) * Support deep cleaning tasks during non-peak hours or as scheduled * Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Requirements: * Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards * Physical stamina and mobility (ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods) * Flexible schedule; must be available for early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts as needed Work Environment: This role works primarily in a fitness studio setting where cleanliness and safety are critical.

The Cleaning Person interacts with staff and occasionally members, so a positive and respectful demeanor is important.
