Assist with questions, reports, and issues requiring moderation.

Ensure quality and compliance with company standards.

Work in hybrid mode (on-site + remote).

Salary Package

Dutch Salary: 1,800 gross (1,550 net)

Breakdown:

850 basic salary

700 Dutch language premium

250 Level 2 premium (starting level)

Career Growth: Each level adds new tasks and a higher premium (+250 in Level 2, +300 in Level 3, etc.).

Work Schedule

Shifts: 19:00- 00:00 (7 PM midnight)

Hybrid work model (partly on-site).

Weekly days off: 2 (rotating).

Training

Full training provided on-site in Malta.

Duration: Confirmed upon onboarding.

Paid training with complete support.

Requirements

Languages: Fluent Dutch + B2 English

Relocation to Malta required (company provides partial support).

Criminal record clearance or 2 references required upon arrival.
