Role Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you play a critical part in the daily operations of the restaurant.

Your role encompasses several key responsibilities: · Lead the Experience: Manage and oversee crew schedules to ensure smooth operations.

· Inspiration and Empower: Provide positive leadership to both crew and managers, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experience.

· Teamwork Matters: Supervise and uphold food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards.

· Proactive Leadership: Take initiative regarding safety, security, inventory management, and profitability.

· Continuous Learning: Foster ongoing training, education, and development within the restaurant team.
