Electrical Engineering Manager Position
Circuit Check seeks a seasoned professional to lead the electrical engineering team in the design and development of automated test systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience with functional test systems, and knowledge of electronic circuit theory.
A Bachelor's degree in an electrical engineering discipline or equivalent experience is required, along with 10+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years in a management role.
This position involves managing a team of 10-12 engineers and technicians, providing day-to-day supervision and technical mentorship. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving project success through effective personnel and project management skills.
The Electrical Engineering Manager will report directly to the Division Manager and will be based in a standard office environment with occasional travel up to 10% for meetings.

Responsibilities:
Lead the electrical engineering team providing day-to-day supervision and technical mentorship.
Drive, review, and approve electrical system designs; evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
Assign tasks and manage labor resources across projects to balance workload.
Communicate staffing and project status updates to management.
Hire and onboard new staff as needed.
Support or delegate contributions to quoting efforts for new projects.
Uphold high standards for the quality of integrated test systems.
Continuously improve development processes, tools, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Strong technical leadership and personnel management skills.
Experience with functional test systems.
Working knowledge of electronic circuit theory and test and measurement equipment and techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-aided design (CAD) platforms.
Ability to develop and manage engineering budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Effective personnel and project management skills.
Ability to interface with customers when required.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering discipline or equivalent experience in a test engineering environment.
10+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years in a management role.
