Lead Preschool Teacher (ECE Certified) Full-Time

Pay: $21 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

Location: Littleton, MA

Job Summary:

The Learning Experience - Littleton is seeking an ECE-certified Lead Preschool Teacher to join our childcare team. Were looking for passionate educators who want to inspire young children ages 2.54 through play-based learning, creativity, and discovery.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and guide assistant teachers.

Create a safe, nurturing, and fun classroom environment.

Implement The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum.

Communicate with families about childrens progress.

Partner with leadership to meet classroom and enrollment goals.

Qualifications:

ECE certification (required).

At least 6 months of teaching experience (1+ year preferred).

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
