About the Talent Team

As part of the Talent team, you will play a key role in helping Gifthealth grow by finding and attracting top technical talent. We’re problem solvers who think on our feet, deliver results, and ensure that every patient, partner, and customer we work with is met with excellence.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft job descriptions that attract the right talent.

Utilize creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top candidates for current and future opportunities.

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience, maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Keep applicant tracking systems updated to manage candidate flow efficiently.

Stay up to date with employment laws and best practices in recruiting.Requirements:Requirements

A Few Things About You

2-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support (experience in healthcare is a plus).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, go-getter mindset with a passion for finding and attracting great talent.

Ability to simplify complex processes and clearly communicate with hiring teams and candidates.

Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and employment best practices.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
