What This Job Involves:

Essential duties and responsabilities:

Lead end to end sourcing projects for global requirements within Procurement Indirect/Corporate categories (This position will cover IT category)– Negotiation of improved pricing, commercial principles and payment terms to achieve optimal pricing.

Running RFP/RFQ/RFI’s to find best options for the business.

Renewals – Negotiation of commercial deals for renewals.

Project Management of sourcing activities.

Engage with global stakeholders and the business to guarantee the involvement from Sourcing & Procurement team in the negotiation, following the Sourcing & Procurement guidelines.

Analyzing pricing information and data to build total cost of ownership and identify opportunities for further cost efficiencies.

Identifying opportunities to save money or aggregate demand.

Support Ad-hoc work that might be required by Category Director/Manager including market research, data on adoption levels, ESG reviews, etc.

Partner with Global Category Director/Manager and business stakeholders to ensure full alignment on the approach that needs to be undertaken, any key goals that need to be achieved, and ensuring appropriate approvals are ascertained.

Ensure timely update to business stakeholders and ability to recommend and influence change.

Collaborating with Legal on appropriate contractual documentation including contract, SOW, Order, Change Request, etc.

Reporting savings onto the sourcing platform, Jaggaer. Ensuring contracts and approvals are uploaded into Jaggaer.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Advanced English level (C1 level desired)

3 years+ of relevant experience in Sourcing and Procurement leading end to end sourcing activities

Relevant experience leading with global projects and stakeholders

On-site –Belen, CRI
