Location: Colorado Springs, CO.

Job Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive audits of artifacts and asset inventories to create and maintain accurate, as-built models and drawings for assigned area. * Use Visio and other modeling tools to create and maintain as-built configuration drawings or models. * Review and research Change Requests and other work vehicles to complete tasks using Remedy™ ticketing system. * Consult with engineers to understand configuration changes to update all related drawings and artifacts. * Update and maintain the Configuration Management System (CMDB). * Help update and maintain property records. * Be able to work under minimal supervision. * Be able to prioritize assignments for themselves and junior personnel to complete work in a timely manner. * Be able to provide useful suggestions on improving processes. * Be able to maintain a positive and friendly working relationship with customers and peers. * Have strong interpersonal skills. * Have a sharp eye for details. * Have be able to move between big-picture to small details thinking when needed.

Desired Skills: * Be proficient in Microsoft Visio. * Have experience using Remedy™ ticketing system. * Have a working knowledge of IT areas. * Have experience working with Configuration Management. * Have an ITIL certification. * Have experience with Model Based Engineering or a Modeling tool (such as Cameo).
