Director of Restaurant Digital Sales

Job Description

We’re seeking a Director of Digital Sales to lead and grow all third-party delivery channels (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub + more). This role will own vendor relationships, oversee marketing spend, analyze performance, and partner with internal teams to drive profitable sales growth.

Director of Digital Sales Responsibilities:

Manage & grow all delivery platform partnerships

Optimize marketing budgets & promotions

Analyze sales data to spot growth opportunities

Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing & Operations

Build strong vendor relationships

Director of Digital Sales Qualifications:

5+ years in restaurant/hospitality/off-premise sales

Proven results in driving revenue & managing budgets

Strong analytical and relationship-building skills

Experience with third-party platforms, a big plus
