EHS & Sustainability Manager – Industrial Manufacturing

Salary $90,000–$110,000 + Full Benefits

As our Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager, you’ll be the catalyst for continuous improvement, compliance, and culture. You’ll lead the charge in elevating our EHS programs, training teams, and embedding sustainability into our operations. This is more than a job—it’s a mission to protect people and the planet.

• Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure 100% compliance

• Lead training and development for onsite teams

• Implement systems and tools that support long-term sustainability

• Monitor performance indicators and analyze trends

• Investigate incidents and audit findings to uncover root causes

• Be a visible, approachable leader who inspires change and collaboration

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (required)

• 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial manufacturing

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams

• A flexible, open-minded approach with a passion for progress
