We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LMFT) who is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative, multicultural environment.Why Clinicas?Competitive Salary & Benefits: Includes full medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Generous Time Off: Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Supportive Environment: Work in a multidisciplinary team with access to training and professional development Make a Difference: Be part of an organization that is deeply rooted in community health and wellness Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and intakes Provide brief therapy, crisis intervention, and individual counseling for mild to moderate cases Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records Collaborate with primary care providers and community organizations for coordinated care Participate in peer reviews and supervise MSW interns (as needed) Uphold legal and ethical standards, including mandatory reporting What We’re Looking ForMaster’s in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy Licensed as LCSW or LMFT by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Current CPR certification required Proficiency in using electronic health record systems BenefitsWe believe taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
