SUMMARY:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various channels to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
This role is onsite in Dublin, OH.
Pay is $23-$28 per hour based on experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications and determine if they meet the requirements of open positions.
Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' interest level, availability, salary expectations, and qualifications.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Proactively source passive candidates through online professional networks and other innovative methods.
Assist in writing compelling job advertisements and postings to attract qualified candidates.
Track and report sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide market insights and feedback to recruiters and hiring managers.
Attend career fairs and networking events to promote the employer brand and source talent. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Sourcing Specialist, or similar role.
Proficiency in various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
